Can you recreate a cake from a photo?

We do not copy other bakers’ cakes. If you send an image for inspiration, we will design a cake in our own style that captures a similar look and feel.

Every cake is unique and finished with our own creative touch, so it will never be an exact replica.

Allergen Information

We work with common allergens in our kitchen, including milk, tree nuts, eggs, fish, soya and others.

Allergen-friendly cakes are prepared using separate mixing bowls, and all equipment and surfaces are thoroughly sanitised beforehand to minimise cross-contamination.

However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers must inform us of any allergies when placing an order.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

We will always try to accommodate last-minute orders where availability allows.

A £10 last-minute fee applies.

Dlish Bakes – Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Pricing

• Each cake is individually priced based on size, design, skill level, and flavour.
• Additional elements (custom toppers, speciality finishes, fillings, etc.) may incur extra charges.

3. Design

• We do not replicate other bakers’ work exactly.
• Inspiration images are used as a guide only.
• Once a design is confirmed, only minor changes may be accommodated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
• Once a cake has been collected or delivered, no refunds will be given.

5. Collection & Responsibility

• Once a cake leaves our premises, Dlish Bakes is not liable for any damage caused during transport, handling, or storage.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring cakes are stored appropriately.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
• Dlish Bakes is not liable for allergic reactions.

7. Last-Minute Orders

• A £10 fee applies to orders placed at short notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
